Divisoria is always loaded with a huge amount of shopper everyday.

Not to mention the everyday commuters since Divisoria was also the center of Manila that connects people from their home to their work, different places such as: Tondo, Binondo, Pajo, Sangandaan, Caloocan, Balut, Wagas, Gasak, Navotas, Blumentrit, Valenzuela, Bulacan places going to Carriedo, Quiapo, Sampaloc, Legarda, Mendiola, Sta. Mesa, San Juan, Cubao, Taft, Baclaran, Vito Cruz and other places that have Divisoria Route.

Cough and Sneeze Etiquette is a MUST DO to prevent transferring of germs that carry viruses, such as common cold, fever, flu, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), ebola, corona virus and adeno viruses.

We advice our fellow shopper to use face mask only this time of Flu outbreak to prevent transferring of germs.

We also advice the below routine even though there is no Flu outbreak to prevent spreading of the virus

  1. Always Wash your hands. Maintaining good hand hygiene is vital during the cold and flu season
  2. Boost the immune system by drinking Vitamins, eating healthy food and doing Exercise regularly
  3. Always Clean and Disinfect your places
  4. If you have nothing to do outside, Avoid crowds places and stay at home.

It also advised the public to avoid those who have cough and colds and to always cover one's mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing to stop the possible spread of the virus.

Agarang komunsulta sa health facility kung may sintomas ng ubo't sipon lalo na kung bumiyahe sa (Drink plenty of water and ensure food are cooked properly. Consult a health facility if symptoms of cough and colds persist especially if you came from) Wuhan, China," the DOH said.
